COURSE DESCRIPTION
Kickstart your IT career with our intensive 4-month program, designed for beginners and career changers who want to gain hands-on skills in Python, database structures, and cloud technologies.
Throughout the program, participants receive regular insights about in-demand roles in the Dutch job market and hear directly from professionals who have previously completed the same training and secured positions in the industry. Specialized traineeship programs in the Netherlands are also introduced, and transitions into these—especially those with job guarantees—are accelerated.
The program is structured to simulate the real working life of an IT professional. Students are divided into teams for assessments; those with the highest scores take on the role of team leader. Weekly topics and assignments are shared one week in advance, encouraging teams to study collaboratively and complete their assessments together.
The entire training is conducted following the Agile-Scrum methodology, with participants gaining hands-on experience in effective Git and GitHub usage. The schedule includes 5 days of remote online work each week, plus in-person sessions every Sunday to network, collaborate, and develop communication skills.
Our core mission is to provide career changers and IT enthusiasts with the chance to experience the industry’s dynamics first-hand, helping them evaluate their suitability for a career in this field. By the end of the training, participants will know exactly which job titles can help them enter the Dutch job market faster and will gain in-depth knowledge of the entry requirements of companies and traineeship programs.
